Telephone Support is free for 90 days, with a software or system purchase, by calling us
at our Cincinnati office at 513-887-0590. Raduga is so stable and solid
that we forget sometimes what that noise is (phone ringing)! So if there
is no answer when you call, leave a message and we will call you back quickly. Additional telephone support is $35 minimum. Email support is free.
We prefer email support.
